This sheet music is an arrangement of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 4th movement "with chorus" so that it can be easily played with melody and piano accompaniment.
It is arranged in earnest rather than the chorus-only "joy song" that is often performed.
I extracted it from the score of the orchestra and summarized it into a performance of about four and a half minutes.
